6.1 Refund Processing:
After a return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
6.2 Partial Refunds:
Items returned not in original condition, missing parts, or received beyond the return window may receive a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.
6.3 Non-Refundable Situations:
We cannot refund items damaged through misuse, neglect, or accidents caused by the customer.
6.4 Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us again.
